Any Port — roam every Harbour practice — is a £5/month add-on on Anchor and Beacon, included on Flagship and Premium (families: add the whole household for £8/month). Joining fee £15 — waived when you join on the day of your consultation, join through a referral or an employer, or switch from another plan. Treatment discounts apply to clinical fees; laboratory costs are charged at cost.
The islander maths: a typical routine year — two check-ups, two hygiene visits and X-rays — runs £280–£360 pay-as-you-go across island practices. Anchor is £264 flat for the same year, before counting same-day emergency access, Luminous member pricing and 10% off any treatment.

For lives lived between the islands and London
Plenty of islanders spend half their week in the City. Premium is built for exactly that: full membership at every Harbour practice in Jersey, Guernsey and London, with same-day emergency cover wherever you wake up. Reserved early-morning and evening appointment times mean dentistry before the desk or after the flight, you get first refusal on last-minute cancellation slots — and if your own plans change late, there's no cancellation charge (fair use applies).
Premium places are limited per practice — reserved appointment times only work if we hold real capacity back for them.
Kids and families: the Crew Plan
Every child free
On the Crew Plan — £49 a month for two adults, £29 for one-adult households — every child under 18 is included free, however many you have. See the Crew Plan.
Prevention the islands don’t provide
Every Crew Plan child gets an annual hygiene session with brushing coaching, plus fluoride and fissure-sealant assessment — the preventive care no island scheme funds.
Harbour Kids: £8/month
Parent not a member? Kids can still join in their own right — check-ups, fluoride, the annual hygiene and coaching session, and a sports mouthguard discount.

Most dental plans treat year ten exactly like year one. Harbour doesn't.

Switching from another dental plan? Your years count. Time served on any plan starts you at the matching rung of the ladder — a five-year member elsewhere joins Harbour as a Captain, with the joining fee waived.

Fair terms, in plain English
Membership is rolling monthly with 30 days' notice — no long contract, no exit fees. If you cancel in your first year having used more care than you've paid for, the balance is simply payable. You can pause for one to three months for travel or seasonal work and keep your status and tenure. Prices for new members are locked for 24 months.

Try Harbour for 60 days. If it’s not for you, we refund your membership payments — no forms, no fuss. Any care you’ve had is simply charged at member rates.
The Safe Harbour Guarantee
If we can’t see you the same or next working day in a dental emergency, that month’s membership is on us.
The price lock
Your price is frozen for 24 months from the day you join — and any rise after that is capped, announced early, and always paired with a new benefit.

What does Harbour membership include?
Every plan covers your routine care — dental health checks, hygiene visits and routine X-rays — plus a discount on any treatment beyond it, a members-only priority line, and same or next working day emergency access. Beacon and Flagship add extra hygiene visits, bigger discounts and more.
How much does it cost?
Anchor is £22 a month, Beacon £34, Flagship £52 and Premium £79 — Premium adding London access, reserved before-work and evening times and same-day emergency cover in all three locations. Every plan has an annual option that gives you a month free. Kids' membership is £8 a month, under-5s are free with a member parent, and the Crew Cap means no household pays for more than two adults and two children.
How do I join?
Book a free consultation online in under a minute. We'll email you within one working day to arrange a time at your nearest Harbour practice, and if you'd like to join on the day, setting up your membership takes about five minutes — with the joining fee waived.
I'm already on another dental plan. Can I switch?
Yes — and your loyalty comes with you. Years served on any other dental plan count on the Harbour ladder from your first day, and we waive the joining fee for switchers. We'll also talk you through timing so there's no gap in your cover.
Is there a family plan?
Yes — the Crew Plan covers the whole household from £49 a month (£29 for one-adult households), with every child under 18 included free. Kids get two check-ups a year plus an annual hygiene session with brushing coaching — preventive care no island scheme funds. See the Crew Plan.
What do members pay at Luminous?
Whitening is £250 for every member against an RRP of £400 — a saving of £150 — with an annual top-up included on Flagship and Premium. Microveneers, composite bonding and veneers carry your plan’s discount: 10% on Anchor, 15% on Beacon and 20% on Flagship and Premium, with a free smile simulation from your First Look scan. Is there a contract?
No long contract. Membership rolls monthly with 30 days' notice, with a standard fair-use term in the first year. You can also pause for up to three months without losing your status.
Which practices can I use?
Your membership is based at your home practice — and emergencies are seen at any Harbour practice regardless. To book routine care anywhere — any dentist or hygienist, either island, records travelling with you — add Any Port for £5 a month (included on Flagship and Premium; £8 a month covers a whole Crew Plan household). Many members keep their usual dentist for check-ups and take hygiene wherever suits. Premium adds our London practice too.
