How we handle your details

Harbour is the membership programme of the Bio Dental group. This note explains, in plain English, what happens to the details you give us on this site.

What we collect and why

When you sign up we collect your email address and, if you choose to give them, your name, phone number, island, an area of interest and a preferred time. We use them for one purpose: to get back to you about Harbour membership — answering your questions, arranging your consultation and, if you join, administering your membership. We don't sell your details, and we don't share them outside the Bio Dental group and the service providers who run our systems for us.

Your consent and your rights

We contact you because you asked us to — the consent box on the sign-up form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to any email or contacting hello@joinharbour.com, and you can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold. We handle personal data in line with the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 and the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2017, and we keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
